Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services offered by Artists Rock The M-I-C, LLC, doing business as Music Sync Vault ("Company," "we," "us").

Brands. Music Sync Vault® and Music Pitch Log™ are brands and products of Artists Rock The M-I-C, LLC.

Service Provided As-Is. Our services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We make no guarantee of sync placement, deals, income, or distribution of any kind.

Your Content. You retain full ownership of any content, music, or materials you submit or upload through our services.

Live Events. Attendance at any live event, concert, or showcase is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
